Industry solution

Multiple teams, clearly defined groups and a system ready before the first call.

Productions and events bring together control, stage, technical, security, transport, logistics and organisational teams. The radio system must reflect that structure, remain simple to operate and include clear backup logistics throughout the project.

Production, film, TV and events
Key pointControl and stage

Control and stage teams need an immediate channel for technical changes, cue messages and coordination before and during the programme.

Key pointTechnical crews

Lighting, audio, video and production receive groups based on responsibility, with scan lists where an individual must monitor several teams.

Key pointSecurity and entrances

Entrance control, backstage and security require discreet accessories and a clear escalation path without interfering with production groups.

Key pointTransport and logistics

Vehicles, parking, deliveries and backstage logistics connect with production only where coordination is necessary.

The radio system is part of production logistics.

When many people share the same network, signal audibility is only part of the problem. If all roles share one channel, traffic becomes congested; if the audio accessory is wrong, calls are missed in noise; if charging is not organised, a shift can run out of usable radios.

The event site determines the RF layer of the system. A large hall, backstage areas, outdoor zones, parking and remote production points may require coverage verification or a temporary repeater. The configuration is prepared in advance and tested at critical points.

Communication groups follow responsibilities, not a list of devices.

A radio plan is not based solely on the number of radios. Roles, responsibilities and critical messages determine how many groups are needed, who monitors multiple groups and where direct escalation is important.

Production / control

Key coordination groups and responsible personnel.

Stage / technical

PTT communication in noisy conditions, often with purpose-selected audio accessories.

Security

Separate groups with a defined escalation path to responsible personnel.

Transport

Drivers, shuttle operations, parking and equipment movement.

Logistics

Entrances, accreditation, storage and operational support.

On-site support

Configuration changes, replacement radios and technical control.

Terminals are the endpoints of the network.

The device, programming configuration, RF layer and functional test form one integrated professional radio system.

critical zones and functional verification

What we verify before the team takes over the system.

Critical locations, antennas, cables, repeater requirements and the expected operating method.

Channels, groups, zones, scan lists, calls and functions according to the equipment and operating procedure.

Accessories for noisy or discreet operation, batteries, chargers and backup logistics.

Verification in the actual working zones and any required adjustments before the project or shift begins.

Planning a shoot, concert or event?

Send the location, dates, number of teams, communication roles and expected shift duration.

From requirements to operation

Four checkpoints before system handover.

The approach is consistent across industries: requirement, RF conditions, configuration and verification under real operating conditions.

Roles and zones

Who must be able to hear whom, and where communication must be available.

RF conditions

Facility, terrain, obstacles, antennas and infrastructure requirements.

Configuration

Channels, groups, accessories, batteries, charging and backup logistics.

Test

Functional verification before operational use begins.
