Founder’s message
A personal account of the company’s beginnings, amateur-radio experience, the development of professional radio communication and the principles on which Radio Integral has been built since 1986.
Radio Integral was founded in 1986, when a large part of the work involved antennas, interfaces and long-range wireless telephone systems. Through Sanyo, Senao, Alcon and other systems of the period, the company gained service and development experience in a field that preceded today’s mobile communications.
During that period the PRATEL SYSTEM was developed — an electronic interface that enabled a radio-telephone link to be integrated with conventional wired telephony. Such solutions helped companies and individuals overcome limitations of the telecommunications infrastructure of the time.
Aleksandar Blagojević also connects his professional direction with long-term amateur-radio work, membership in the Amateur Radio Union of Serbia and Narodna tehnika, as well as organising communications during work and research activities throughout the former Yugoslavia. Experience was also passed on through courses for new radio amateurs.
Practical experience showed that temporary professional radio systems are especially important for film and commercial shoots, concerts, cultural events, sports competitions, congresses, motorsport, marathons, cycling races, mountain activities and other field operations. In all these situations, well-planned communication directly affects safety, speed and organisation.
The core principle is to involve the user early enough in planning. Equipment, frequencies, communication groups, antennas, repeater infrastructure, accessories, power and reserve capacity should be aligned with the real operating workflow rather than selected in isolation.
Over the decades the company developed its own premises, equipment, measuring instruments and technical staff while following new technical developments. The goal is not simply to preserve tradition, but to turn it into more reliable service and current professional equipment.
“All our success so far has been achieved exclusively through work.”
That sentence summarises the founder’s message: long-term trust grows from technical competence, accuracy, work and responsibility toward the customer. The website is both an invitation to new projects and a record of the company’s continuity.
